About the Position:
As Executive Assistant the main duties of the role include:
- Supporting a senior managers in diary management, travel arrangements and presentation preparation
- Coordinating & booking meetings (internal and external)
- Assist with team coordination and administration support
- Minute taking and preparation of reports for strategy meetings
- Develop and nurture business relationships both internally and externally
- Drafting and issuing correspondence
To be a successful candidate, the client is looking for the below experience:
- Previous experience as a EA is essential
- Experience with supporting multiple stakeholders
- Insurance/Financial Services background is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office/SharePoint/OneDrive/MSL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility in your approach to work and a willingness to help out where required
