Job Description

The Company 
Our client is a small Corporate Health and Injury Management business located in Sydney CBD and servicing the whole of NSW.  Their culture is tight and the Managing Director has a Counselling Psychology background and really cares for their staff. This role will be reporting to the MD, however, he'd prefer it if he reports to you; you will be their right hand! 

The Opportunity Itself
This role will be an all round role looking after Finance, HR and Operations, and some specific duties will include:
  • Monthly Payroll
  • Using Xero for generating invoices and paying invoices 
  • Looking after office leasing, telephones, general operations 
  • Managing employment contracts
  • Being part of performance reviews
  • Being part of professional development 
  • Liaising closely with Clinical TL to ensure smooths operations
  • 3 direct reports across Admin and Services 
  • Assisting with execution of business plans and strategies

  • 3 direct reports who are a pleasure to work with

About You

Some of the requirements for this role are non-negotiable:
  • Finance experience including paying wages and invoicing 
  • Experience having direct reports and delegating tasks
  • Experience in a professional services setting 
  • Experience working for a small to medium business across multiple functions
  • Exceptional level of organisation and discipline 
  • Polite and approachable with ability to push back respectfully
Some of the requirements for this role are desirable:
  • Tertiary education in Business or Commerce type field
  • Specific HR experience including employee contracts, on-boarding, staff development
