Job Description

The Role
  • Providing a high level of service to new and existing clients, ensuring professional relationships are upheld;
  • Accountable for processing new business quotes, endorsements, invoicing, negotiate terms and managing the renewal process;
  • Support senior members of the team with any ad hoc duties as required;
To be successful, you should have the following.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in Broking, Claims or Underwriting
  • This would suit an individual who enjoys challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Fantastic phone etiquette
  • Computer savvy
  • Good eye for detail
  • Good initiative with a willingness to learn
