- Providing a high level of service to new and existing clients, ensuring professional relationships are upheld;
- Accountable for processing new business quotes, endorsements, invoicing, negotiate terms and managing the renewal process;
- Support senior members of the team with any ad hoc duties as required;
- Minimum of 1 years experience in Broking, Claims or Underwriting
- This would suit an individual who enjoys challenges
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Fantastic phone etiquette
- Computer savvy
- Good eye for detail
- Good initiative with a willingness to learn
