The Company
Our client is a reputable education organization who are seeking an HR Administrator to work in their inner west location. They are soon moving to the CBD but offer extensive work-from-home options. They offer a professional working environment and a supportive network internally. 

The Role

As an HR and Payroll Administrator, your duties may include but not be limited to:
  • Respond to a range of HR-related enquiries via email and phone 
  • Assist employees in navigating through the HR system in relation to leave, payslips and payroll details 
  • Assist and coordinate staff exits and staff onboarding
  • Maintaining staff databases and updating information 
  • Assist with recruitment services including references etc 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contract: 2 months, opportunity to extend. 
  • Location: Inner West but moving to the CBD soon. Extensive options to work from home
  • Salary: $35-$45/hour + Superannuation (depending on experience) 
To be successful, you will offer:
  • Experience working with Oracle Peoplesoft 
  • Strong and varied administration experience essential
  • A valid Working With Children's Check for Paid work 
  • HR-related experience preferred
  • Experience working with the Google suite, including Gmail
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Excellent communication skills
