The Company
Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) is a body corporate constituted by the Greyhound Racing Act 2017 charged with providing strategic direction and
leadership in the commercial management of greyhound racing in NSW. Its principal objectives are to exhibit a sense of social responsibility by having regard to the welfare of greyhounds, to promote greyhound racing in the State as a competitive and sustainable industry with a high level of public trust, and to ensure the sustainability and long-term commercial viability of greyhound racing for the benefit of participants, business partners and the community.


The Role
You will work within our small yet experienced and professional team to support our people's performance and cultural initiatives. Your duties may include but not be limited to:
  • Implement, monitor and report on HR policies and procedures
  • Provide specialist advice and support to management on a range of HR issues
  • Lead changes exercises; develop, implement and monitor HR procedures
  • Deliver sound, independent decisions and provide advice on all HR matters affecting staff on work related issues
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Location: Martin Place, Sydney CBD 2000 (WFH 2 days available)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 38hr week
  • Salary: $120,000-$160,000 + superannuation

You

To be successful, you will offer:
  • Experience working in a Human Resource Generalist role will be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area with a strong background as a HR professional working in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience providing quality HR advice and services to managers and employees on a range of issues
  • Proven experience in the development and implementation of organisational reviews, performance management, learning and development, work health and safety, etc
