As a Senior Administrator supporting the HR & Recruitment team your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting and providing support to the internal recruitment and HR team
- Assisting with new employee set up and onboarding
- Recruitment administration
- Compiling reports and assisting with HR analytics
- Assisting with coordination and compiling of Excel and PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for managers
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong experience working as an administrator, PA or EA
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in managing Stakeholders
- A strong sense of initiative and the ability to follow the process
- Ability to multi-task
- A positive, can-do attitude!
