The Role 
As a Senior Administrator supporting the HR & Recruitment team your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting and providing support to the internal recruitment and HR team
  • Assisting with new employee set up and onboarding 
  • Recruitment administration
  • Compiling reports and assisting with HR analytics
  • Assisting with coordination and compiling of Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for managers 
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Strong experience working as an administrator, PA or EA 
  • Strong administration and organisation skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office -  including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing Stakeholders 
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to follow the process 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • A positive, can-do attitude!
