The Role 
As a Senior Administrator supporting the HR & Recruitment team your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Assisting and providing support to the internal recruitment and HR team
  • Organising and presenting information which is collected
  • Managing and handling data across Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Recruitment administration
  • Compiling reports and assisting with HR analytics
  • Managing a large volume of information via Email & Work flow 
You 
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Strong analytical and processing skills 
  • A genuine desire to work in a process oriented position
  • Advanced experienced in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word 
  • Strong administration and organisation skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to follow the process 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • A positive, can-do attitude!
