- HR Management: Oversee the end-to-end HR function including providing HR advice, and supporting management on HR related issues.
- Performance Framework: Collaborate across the business to implement a performance framework
- HR Administration
- Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, manage employee-related issues, and advise managers on a broad range of workplace matters.
- Talent Development: Oversee career development and talent management initiatives.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent of years of experience
- Ideally experience implementing HR systems and processes
- Minimum of 5 years in general HR advisory and transactional activities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
