Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Management: Oversee the end-to-end HR function including providing HR advice, and supporting management on HR related issues.
  • Performance Framework: Collaborate across the business to implement a performance framework
  • HR Administration
  • Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, manage employee-related issues, and advise managers on a broad range of workplace matters.
  • Talent Development: Oversee career development and talent management initiatives.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Experience and Qualifications;
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent of years of experience
  • Ideally experience implementing HR systems and processes
  • Minimum of 5 years in general HR advisory and transactional activities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work across all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
