The Position
  • Cross-functional role driving existing and new business opportunities
  • Work autonomously across multiple teams and disciplines 
  • Improve workflow and claims processes
  • Develop new initiatives and processes that reflect technology enhancements
  • Liaise with and engage internal & external stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives 
  • Develop mutually supportive relationships with key functions 

About You
  • Highly experienced in Group or Retail Claims
  • Strong technical understanding of current Australian Insurance products including Trauma and Income Protection
  • Strong project planning and management skills
  • Ability to influence, lead and drive change and business opportunities
  • Experience with technical development of automated solutions 
  • A passion for process innovation 
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Insurance or IT is preferred, but not necessary
