My client is a Global Insurance Brokerage, based in Melbourne's South East. Due to growth, they are seeking an Internal Account Executive to join their team. In exchange for your hard work, they will provide you with the on going training and support necessary to build a long term career in insurance.
As an Internal Account Executive, you will be a part of a team which is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of small business owners, regarding their insurance needs. Your duties may include:
- Answer general insurance queries
- Assist with renewals, quotes and endorsements
- Help to generate new business
- Develop your product knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet most of the following criteria:
- 1-2 years of general insurance experience
- Confident phone manner
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Customer Service experience
- Proven ability to meet KPI's
- Excellent communication skills
