The Company
Our client is a nationally recognised Insurance Company that specialises in Claims Management, Insurance Technology and Data & Analytics. Since 2002, our client has spread across to the United States, South Africa, Italy and New Zealand.

The Role 
As an Internal Communications Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Creating strategies and generating content to align the companies goals with employees engagement
  • Work along side the project team to manage companies e-newsletter and digital internal communications channels
  • Liaising with stakeholders to implement strategies for internal staff
  • Working with staff to develop content, proposals and projects
  • Developing and maintaining network with support of staff
  • Implementing changes whilst keeping staff informed
  • Ensuring all changes comply with editorial style and web style guide, branding guidelines and best practice accessibility and usability guidelines
  • Promote staff engagement 
  • Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per annum + Superannuation

The Ideal Candidate 

As a successful Internal Communications Manager, you will offer:
  • Bachelor of Communications or similar qualification is essential 
  • 5+ years experience in similar role
  • Tech or insurance experience is desirable 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Ability to work within a team but can also work autonomously
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Experience in creating and driving improved communications
