Our client are a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Centre Management. They have a global presence and provide services to some of the world's largest companies. They are currently on the hunt for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their HR team on a permanent full-time basis.

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Phone screening potential candidates
- Face to face candidate interviews
- Carrying out group and individual assessments and interviews
- Proactively networking and sourcing candidates within your specialisation
- Negotiating with candidates
- Location: Gold Coast
- Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 2 years experience in recruitment is essential
- HR Degree is ideal
- Previous sales experience from a business to business background
- Experience working in a very fast paced environment
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- high levels of resilience and optimism
