Our Client
Our client is a successful and rapidly growing Biotechnology company manufacturing multiplex PCR assay kits for hospitals and private pathology laboratories. Their mission is to provide cost effective molecular pathology tests to improve the health outcomes of global patients. They currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative in their Sydney team. 

The Role
As a successful customer service representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Record keeping and communications 
  • Provide exceptional customer service phone and online communications 
  • Educate customers regarding product and product availability
  • Adhere to and work towards targets
  • Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm (8 hour shifts)
  • Location: Mascot 
You
As a successful customer service representative, you will offer: 
  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment 
  • Background knowledge in bio technology or medical instruments 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience using Netsuite preferred but not necessary
