- This is a contract role for 4-6 months with view to extend
As an L&D Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assist with the implementation of a brand new learning platform for the business!
- Act as the middle between the design of learning platforms and getting them launched
- Handle all administration behind learning requests and the LMS
- Assist with the design side of their new learning platforms
- Assist with the implementation of learning platforms and LinkedIn Learning which is being launched soon!
- Manage internal stakeholders in regards to learning requests
- Communicate and educate stakeholders on the platforms
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 4-6+ years Learning and Development experience
- Expereince designing and implementing learning platforms
- An ability to manage multiple administration requests for the LMS
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Workshopping experience
- Ability to multi-task
- A positive, can-do attitude and someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty! It's a small team so you must be willing to be flexible.
