- Manage an end-to-end caseload liability claims
- Work closely with inhouse counsel
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to gather information
- Make liability decisions on claims and communicate effectively
- Conduct strategic file reviews with key internal stakeholders
- Give input into monthly meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Build lasting relationships with company line managers
- Deliver training and support to individual Case Managers

ABOUT YOU
- 1-5 years experience working in liability claims is ideal
- Or 3 years experience working in other general claims lines
- Drive, passion and willingness to learn
