The Company
Our client is a global brand and a household name!  They are a well-established organization and are coming into their busiest period. They are actively seeking a Office Administrator to assist in an administration and customer service based role. 

The Role

As a Logistics Team Leader you will have 3 direct reports. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Responsible for MHIAA Logistics Team performance
  • Proactively monitor and manage all shipment schedules, ensure they are up to date and reported on weekly
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of 3PL invoices
  • Process insurance claims
  • Be the key point of contact for customer care & stakeholders escalations
  • Participate in the procurement process for all suppliers, MOUs, contracts, and be an integral part in assisting with process improvement
  • Hours: Monday - Friday
  • Salary: $85,000 + Superannuation
  • Location: Regents Park area 
Due to the growth of the company, this opportunity is a fixed term 12 months contract role however, they are looking for candidates who can potentially go permanent after approximately 12 months (depending on performance). 

To be successful in the role, you will have: 
  • 2+ years’ experience within a similar role preferred
  • Air/sea freight experience required
  • Experience supervising
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent time management, organisational & communication skills
