The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, your duties include, but will not be limited to, the responsibilities as identified below:
HOURS: Full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
SALARY: $80,000-$90,000 + Superannuation

The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, your duties include, but will not be limited to, the responsibilities as identified below:
- Take ownership of the Marketing Requests inbox and ensure all tickets are responded to within the set SLA’s
- Brief projects into the Design Team and work closely with them to ensure SLA’s are met
- Assist with job allocation and workload assignment between the design team
- Train the Business Units on Marketing processes to increase compliance and drive better outcomes

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Experience within marketing and project management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hands on and can hit the ground running
- Proficient knowledge of modern social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter)
- Intermediate MS Office Applications skills
- Knowledge of public relations and marketing communications
