Established more than 40 years ago, our client has been helping Australian partners of all shapes and sizes to design, configure and implement solutions for their customers and to successfully transition their business’ through technological change.


The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will have 1-2 direct reports with the potential to expand your team down the line. Your duties include, but will not be limited to, the responsibilities as identified below:
  • Building marketing plans for a variety of brands
  • Work with product teams to provide marketing leadership, idea generation and assist them in building regular marketing campaigns
  • Build relationships with vendor marketing teams
  • Take a hands-on approach to strategy and execution, taking on full accountability
  • Structure a business unit which currently has no structure
  • Developing marketing briefs to have assets created for vendor and company marketing campaigns
  • Domestic travel
LOCATION: Sutherland Shire area (parking on site) - WFH available 2 days per week
HOURS: Full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
SALARY: $120,000-$140,000 + Superannuation

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Hands-on approach, with a willingness to be involved and executing whilst also providing leadership to your Marketing Coordinator resource
  • Someone highly organized and super structured
  • Experience managing/supervising staff is a PLUS but also open to someone wanting to move into a management role
  • Fantastic communication skills (written/verbal)
