The Company
Our client are a nation wide reputable Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, that supply products to large renowned supermarkets, retail outlets and wholesalers. This family owned and run business is looking for a dedicated NSW Wholesale Manager to develop and maintain outstanding relationships with store owners, in conjunction with the business manager, to ensure our client has preferred supplier status at all times.

The Role
As a NSW Wholesale Manager your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Develop strong working relationships with key customer contacts to build and agree on joint business plans
  • Manage 2 x Sales Reps with the ability to set goals and objectives, manage performance and support development
  • Maximize sell through opportunities for the supplied product
  • Ensure category leadership and growth of the various customers through understanding and action resulting from sales performance
  • Report weekly on progress towards budget achievement
  • Regular travel within NSW (1-2 days in the office in Blacktown, 3-4 days on the road)
  • Head Office Location: Blacktown location - parking available on-site
  • Salary: $80,000-$95,000 + Superannuation + Company Car! 

You
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
  • 2+ years of on the field FMCG sales experience
  • Experience in Field Sales and Category Management are vital
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate with excel & Salesforce experience is preferred
  • High level of expertise with sales reporting
  • Exceptional organization & time management skills and a focus/attention to detail
  • Ability to set goals and objectives, manage performance and support development in order to achieve sales targets
  • Track record of being both solutions and service driven – action oriented
  • Track record of achieving ambitious sales targets – drive for results
