They are seeking a professional Operations Coordinator to join their successful organisation to support the Australia and New Zealand policy landscape. The role is based in Melbourne and offers 2 days WFH each week. If you enjoy supporting efficient workflows and process improvement, plus have great data and reporting skills, this role is for you.

The Role 
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders in the commercial operations space
  • Managing the relationship and interactions between the organisation and it's offshore support team
  • Acting as the point of contact between offshore teams and internal operations and underwriting teams 
  • Reviewing and analysing outputs and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Providing oversight to policy administration and investigating discrepancies 
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, providing advice and helping to resolve escalated issues
  • Providing suggestions on ways to streamline and improve process 
About You: 
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following: 
  • Prior insurance experience and exposure to insurance policies is preferred 
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • An ability to interact and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders 
  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise 
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills 
  • A drive to improve and streamline processes and apply learnings from analytics
