Our client specialise in BPO Contact Centre Management. They are a global company who service someone of the worlds largest brands. They are seeking an Operations Manager to undertake a 9-12 month contract at their location in Maitland.
As a Operations Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for operational excellence of a Contact Centre of 200 FTE
- Responsible for maintaining high service levels and KPI's
- Responsible for metric and budget reporting
- Location: Maitland
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Salary: Attractive salary package

- 5 years experience in Contact Centre management/operations
