The Role 
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Answer inbound calls/make outbound calls in a consistent and professional manner.
• Conduct lead generation and sales calls, building a client base
• Arranging vehicle inspection appointments liaising with related Stakeholders
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing, future sale opportunities.
• Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8am - 8pm 
• Duration: Permanent opportunity 
• Location: Greystanes, NSW, 2145

You
As a successful Customer Experience Specialist, you will offer:

• 3+ Years in customer service experience, ideally in a senior role 
• Flexible availability 
• Strong influencing skills 
• Ability to work independently 
• High attention to detail 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
