The role:
- Process end-to-end payroll for 850 employees using ADP in-house system.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculations of salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
What you’ll need
To be successful as a payroll officer you will:
- Ideally be immediately available for start
- Have experience with ADP/high volume work (>500 employees)
- Previous end-end payroll processing experience
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with finance sector union award desirable
