Our client is a rapidly growing leader within the insurance provider space – we are on the lookout for an experienced payroll professional for a 2 – 3-month contract (with the possibility for extension).

The role:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for 850 employees using ADP in-house system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculations of salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  
What you’ll need
To be successful as a payroll officer you will:
  • Ideally be immediately available for start
  • Have experience with ADP/high volume work (>500 employees)
  • Previous end-end payroll processing experience
  • Have meticulous attention to detail 
  • Experience with finance sector union award desirable
