The Role: 
  • Assisting with the recruitment function for the business including interviewing and coordinating with stakeholders 
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees 
  • Working closely with the operations manager in order to build and implement processes
  • Developing and maintaining company culture across all stakeholders 
  • Assisting managers in delivering training in line with requirements
  • Managing HR administration including issuing contracts, letters of offer, resignations and general correspondence
  • Provide advice and support to the managers within the business relating to HR matters. 
About You: 
  • 3+ years experience working within HR or People & Culture 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience 
  • Experience in implementing/improving HR processes 
  • Prior experience in insurance is not a requirement but highly desirable 
  • Experience in managing contracts and other HR documentation 
  • Relevant HR qualification is preferable but not mandatory
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Effective time management
