About the Position: 
As Executive Assistant the main duties of the role include: 
  • Supporting the General Manager in diary management, travel arrangements and presentation preparation
  • Coordinating & booking meetings (internal and external)
  • Minute taking and preparation of reports for strategy meetings
  • Assisting the office manager with supplier management and building management
About You:
To be a successful candidate, the client is looking for the below experience:
  • Previous experience as a EA/PA is essential 
  • Insurance/Financial Services/IT background is preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office/SharePoint/OneDrive/MSL
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in your approach to work and a willingness to help out where required 
  • Friendly & approachable
