Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organisation that provides products & service to more than 70 countries globally! We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Personal Assistant for their Sales team in their conveniently located Bankstown office on a long-term contract with a possibility to extend! This role has an immediate start!
As a Personal Assistant, your duties will include:
- Support 2 Directors, a manager and a Sales team.
- Administration and reporting for Sales Department
- Even coordination
- Booking travel
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexible)
- Salary: $35 - $40/hour + Superannuation
- Location: Bankstown area - Parking available on-site!
- Contract: Immediate start! 1-2 month contract with a strong possibility to extend!
To be successful as a Personal Assistant, you will have:
- PA/EA Experience
- Event coordination experience
- Tech-savvy - Advanced skills in Excel and high typing speed
- Ability to work under pressure and perform in high volume environments
