Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organization that provides products & services to more than 70 countries globally!
We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Admin Coordinator for their close-knit team in their conveniently located Condell Park office.
This role entails extensive training and long-term career progression opportunities. If you like to prepare reports, analyze numbers and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, this is the role for you.
The Role
As a Admin Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising with sales and manufacturing departments regarding stock forecasts and orders
- Preparing daily key Planning reports
- Preparing weekly production schedules for the manufacturing lines
- Maintaining excellent supplier relationships
- Location: Condell Park
- Salary: $60,000 + superannuation + Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm
As a successful Admin Coordinator, you will offer:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Experience using the system PRONTO would be ideal but not necessary
- Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous
