This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced sales consultant to build and maintain a portfolio of clients in a vertical within the Professional Services team.

Recruitment Consultant Duties
  • Run your own desk 
  • Write advertisements to attract candidates 
  • Phone screen applicants
  • Conduct candidate interviews
  • Network via social media platforms
  • Headhunt and network with candidates 
  • Brief candidates for interview preparation
  • Conduct reference checks 
  • Offer management and negotiation
  • Conduct post-placement candidate care
Skills & Experience 
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proven experience meeting targets
  • Results-driven attitude
  • Face to face or over the phone customer service experience
  • Corporate presentation & professional demeanour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills & attention to detail
  • Resilience attitude
