The Company: 

Our client provides specialist Insurance Assessment and Claims Management services to the insurance industry by assisting our clients with processing their claims efficiently and effectively, achieving the best result for the customer.

The Position: 
As a Property Assessor you will be
  • Visiting properties within your allocated region, conducting professional assessment of damages and identifying the cause.
  • Calculating the repair cost, compile Scope of Works and collating relevant documents.
  • Prepare and submit an assessment report or a Quote for insurer.
  • Educating and explaining to our customers our claim management process and manage their expectations.
  • Conduct physical post repair quality inspections.
  • Liaising with the repair supervisor for any technical issues and client or customer inquiries relating to scope of work

About You: 
  • 5 years residential construction experience is essential
  • Construction Qualification or Trade 
  • Understanding of costings and assessment
  • Insurance experience is desired
  • WHS Induction Card (Must)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills & data entry ability (word, excel & outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised individual
  • Ability to work autonomously
