The Role
- Managing a portfolio of Strata Claims
- Conduct timely investigations to determine damage
- Providing support and advice to policy holders
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- Assisting the team leader in day to day activities
- You will be the first point of reference when the Team Leader is away
- Experience managing Property Claims
- Experience in managing claims from end to end
- Ability to deal with high volume claims
- A sense of urgency due to quick turnover on claims
- Career progression with great exposure to multiples lines of insurance
- Beautiful office views that overlook Sydney Harbour
- Open to interstate candidates in VIC and QLD
- 4 days a week WFH
