Our client is seeking a Team Leader to manage and build a team of 6 experienced consultants. In this role you will provide support and guidance to a team of Strata Claims Consultants and be the influence of positive change.
The Role
- Assist in building a team of strata claims consultants
- Provide support and training to consultants with their daily duties
- Managing a small portfolio of complex Strata Claims from end to end
- Manage escalation calls in relation to claims
- Managerial expreince is desired
- Experience managing a portfolio of property claims is essential
- Ability to manage high pressure
- Ability to organise and prioritise work well
- A sense of urgency due to quick turnover on claims
- Help build a team and facilitate the success of the business.
