The Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will:
- Manage a reduced caseload of Workers Compensation and CTP claims
- View clams holistically and use bio psycho/social approach
- Facilitate return to work outcomes on new employer cases
- Conduct case conferences with multi-disciplinary team
- Negotiate with stakeholders including Insurer and Treatment Provider
- Conduct Vocational Assessments & Vocational Counselling
- Perform specialist psychological assessments and services
- Holistically manage a reduced caseload of NDIS clients
- Work closely with them towards meaningful life goals
- Gain huge exposure to a variety of conditions
- Perform specialist psychological assessments and services
- Keep detailed file notes and write detailed reports when necessary
- Be part of wider multi-disciplinary team
