My client is a specialist in the Corporate Health space, assisting corporate clients with the health & well-being of staff. They look after everything from preventative measures through to early intervention and after the event rehabilitation for injuries. The Company is a specialist in its field, only looking after complex cases, and it is know for its highly experienced Consultants.
The Role
The successful candidate will be part of the specialist Psych Team, working with highly experiences Psychologists. The main duties will be:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with mental health focus
- Assist clients with education around common mental health conditions
- Early intervention to avoid ongoing issues
- Mediation with clients and employees
- EAP work & critical incident debriefing
- Specialist psych assessments for workers
- Assist clients with drug & alcohol questions and issues
- Manage psychological Workers Compensation claims with RTW focus
- Be point of contact for your clients for anything psych related at work
- Work alongside exceptional Psychologists that are industry experts
- Lots of face to hours
- All CPD can be completed in-house with training events and workshops
- Work with large corporate clients in hugely professional environment

- AHPRA registration (may consider provisional reg)
- Open to seeing Rehabilitation Counselors also (ASORC accreditation required)
- Must have experience in Occupational Rehab
- Must have a strong passion for Corporate Health & Injury Management
