Our client are a reputable provider of designer tile & stone products. They offer a beautiful, friendly work environment and parking available on-site. They are seeking a professional Receptionist for their office located in Moorebank.
The Role
As a Receptionist & Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the switchboard
- Meeting and greeting clients & staff
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Supporting sales staff
- Hours: Tuesday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Saturday - 9.00am - 1.00pm.
- Location: Moorebank - parking available on-site - there is no public transport to the area
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous reception & administration experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
