Our client are an Australian-born reputable manufacturing organisation providing products & services to more than 70 countries world wide. They are seeking a Receptionist on a temporary basis to join their team based in Condell Park. They have a great support network available, and focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients.
The contract
This is a temporary role, starting Monday 3rd June and ending Tuesday 18th June!
The Role
As a Receptionist, your duties will include:
- Front desk reception, meeting and greeting clients
- Administration support
- Answering phones and directing calls
- General up keep of the office
- Location: Condell Park - parking available on-site
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pm OR 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Salary: $25.15/hour + Superannuation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous reception & administration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Excellent presentation
