The Company 
My client is a successfully established Insurance Brokerage which pride themselves on providing the best solutions and top services to their clients. They are a worldwide company with over 500 offices and have beautiful, modern offices in Parramatta CBD.

The Role
As a Corporate Receptionist, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Answer all correspondence via telephone and e-mail 
  • Use in-house switchboard to transfer calls 
  • Meet and greet clients and staff 
  • Set up boardrooms and catering needs
  • Concierge duties 
  • Hours: Thursday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm 
  • Location: Parramatta
  • Salary: $26.00-$27.00/hour + Superannuation 

As a successful Corporate Receptionist, you will offer:
  • Previous Corporate Reception experience 
  • Switchboard experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Immaculate Presentation
