Our client are a reputable Insurance Broker. They offer a beautiful, friendly work environment and are conveniently located in Bondi Junction. They are seeking a professional Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.
The Role
As a Receptionist & Administration Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the switchboard
- Meeting and greeting clients & staff
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Supporting the Brokers
- Hours: Monday - Wednesday 9.00am -5.00pm
- Location: Bondi Junction - very close to buses and trains
- Assignment: Temporary for at least a month
- Salary: 25.15/hour + Superannuation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous reception & administration experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
