The Company
Our client are a global appliance company with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking an experienced Receptionist, to join their organisation on a part time, temporary basis.

The Role
As the Receptionist/ Administration Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Answer all correspondence via telephone and e-mail 
  • Use an in-house switchboard to transfer calls 
  • Meet and greet clients and staff 
  • Directing calls and taking messages 
  • Assisting with mail and couriers 
  • Adhoc administration and data entry
  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Location: Macquarie Park - Parking available 
  • Salary: $28-30/ hour + Superannuation
  • Hours: Part Time, Monday to Friday- (10am till 3pm / 9am till 2pm) flexible
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous Reception or Administration experience 
  • Switchboard experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written 
  • Basic to Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills
