• Work alongside other Health professionals to help travel insurance customers in an emergency health situation
• You will liaise with hospitals and other stakeholders where necessary  
• Offer support and guidance to your team in emergencies 
• Deal with escalations and resolve urgent queries

About You
To be successful in the role, you will have: 

• Experience working as a registered nurse at an insurer is ESSENTIAL
• Registered Nurse – current AHPRA accreditation essential
• Excellent communication skills
