- Work alongside other Health professionals to help travel insurance customers in an emergency health situation
- You will liaise with hospitals and other stakeholders where necessary
- Offer support and guidance to your team in emergencies
- Deal with escalations and resolve urgent queries
- Work for a Major Australian Travel Insurance Company
- 4 weeks of training off the floor!
- Hybrid role - WFH 50% of the week
- 8 Shifts over the fortnight - enjoy extra free time!

- Excellent salary up to $50 p/h + super + overtime + 5% annual bonus
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Registered Nurse – current AHPRA accreditation essential
- Experience in the Emergency Department, ICU, or Critical Response
- Excellent communication skills
