The Role
  • Ensure the claims data is maintained and all data validations are completed as planned
  • Reconcile payments entered into Operations Claims database to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Ensuring that data mappings for applicable portfolio are maintained and up to date
  • Ensure any audit actions for applicable portfolio and followed up and actioned per allocated timeframe
  • Provide reporting and analysis as required
  • Document and follow administration procedures
  • Assist with special projects or ad hoc duties as requested
About You
  • MUST have advanced level of competency in Excel and other relevant programs.
  • Actuarial, Data Analytical, Finance or other related tertiary qualification.
  • Experience working within Life Insurance. 
  • Sound knowledge of Life Insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
