What's In It For You
- Entry into local government
- Work from home up to 3 days per week
- Hours: Monday- Friday (35 hour week) very flexible
- 9 day fortnight - have one day off every 2 weeks!
- Salary: Very negotiable on salary depending on experience. $50-$65/hour + Superannuation or $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation
- Major other bonuses and perks involved if you go temporary to permanent
- Initially starting on a temporary basis with a view to permanent. This can happen very quickly for the right candidate!

As a Risk Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Effective coordination of organisational risk management
- Implement and suggest business improvements initiatives
- Manage the insurance program and claims management system
- Assist and promote with business assurance and improvement across the business and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Manage a small team that specialise in insurance, risk, and claims management
- Oversee the insurance and claims management process
In order to be considered for the role, you must have the following:
- Risk management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership potential and ability and ability to mentor others
- Experience working with business improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience in insurance is ideal but not essential
