They are seeking an experienced Risk Coordinator with a background in risk management and business improvement to join their tight-knit team with an immediate start. • Hours: Monday- Friday (35 hour week) very flexible
• 9 day fortnight - have one day off every 2 weeks!
• Salary: Very negotiable on salary depending on experience. $50-$65/hour + Superannuation or $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation

The Role
As a Risk Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Effective coordination of organisational risk management 
• Implement and suggest business improvements initiatives 
• Manage the insurance program and claims management system 
• Assist and promote with business assurance and improvement across the business and liaise with relevant stakeholders 
• Manage a small team that specialise in insurance, risk, and claims management 
• Oversee the insurance and claims management process 

You
In order to be considered for the role, you must have the following:

• Risk management experience 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership potential and ability and ability to mentor others
• Experience working with business improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Experience in insurance is ideal but not essential
