Now looking for a Customer Experience & Support Administrator to grow their supportive and very busy customer experience team.
THE ROLE:
Whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction is always maximized, as the Customer Experience & Support Administrator your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Support sales teams with various administrative functions.
- Dealing with high volume projects across complaints management, customer onboarding and customer surveys.
- Support Customer Service, Operations, Logistics and Sales teams as well as direct customers and relevant stakeholders with administration.
- Action all new customer service communications via email or phone
- Raise and process purchase orders
- High volume of accurate data processing, cleansing, and reporting
- SALARY: $30/per hour + super
- HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8.30am and 5pm (37.5 hours)
- LOCATION: Lidcombe (WFH flexibility available once trained)
As a valued member of the Customer Experience Team in this Administration role, you will possess the following qualities:
- Passionate about delivering quality customer service
- SAP and Salesforce Experience preferred
- Previous Supply chain administration is highly regarded
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
