THE ROLE
Joining an energetic and results driven team you will play an integral part as a Sales Executive. Working alongside the sales and marketing teams, you will be at the front of driving new business activity.
You will be accountable for:
- achieving personal new business targets
- developing a sales pipeline, sharing and converting leads
- cold-calling, proactive marketing and networking with prospects
- networking and engaging with potential clients
- identifying and maximizing cross sell opportunities
This role is well suited to a sales driven candidate, with a background in insurance, who is results focused and eager to control their financial earnings. In this target driven role, you will be compensated with a competitive sales incentive plan.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills
- Proven track record in sales, new business or lead generation
- Existing business relationships or connections
- Professional services experience from the Insurance sector
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- Strong service driven approach and strong relationship building skills
