Joining an energetic and results driven team you will play an integral part as a Sales Executive. Working alongside a senior broking manager you will manage the end to end sales process and be accountable for delivering results.
You will be accountable for:
- making prospecting calls
- engaging with customers on the phone to assess their risk
- qualifying leads (conducting a client health check or reviewing insurance)
- attending client meetings alongside the broking manager
- building a network of business connections
This role is well suited to a sales driven candidate who is results focused and eager to control their financial earnings. Target driven role with a sales incentive plan. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Work experience from the Insurance or Banking sectors
- Existing business relationships or connections
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Previous experience working within a target driven environment
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- Strong service driven approach and strong relationship building skills
