Our client is a well-known FMCG company, offering a friendly, supportive, fast paced working environment and parking onsite. They are currently seeking a Sales Representative on an immediate start basis.
As Sales Representative the successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, increasing our product ranging and managing store accounts within the VIC metro and Regional areas, which will require overnight travel.

The Role
As a Sales Representative you will be managing key customer accounts and foodservice distributors in VIC metro and Regional areas and responsible for driving sales into various foodservice channels including Petrol and Convenience, HORECA, Educations, Route Trade and more. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Attend on-site meetings with your clientele
- Weekly reporting on KPI's and results
- Achievement of the sales and budget targets for your customers
- Collaborate with team members and others in the company
- Liaise with different levels of management
- Location: This role will be on the road 4 days a week however their head office is based in Laverton where you are required at least 1 day a week.
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation + company car + phone + laptop!
You
They are seeking motivated, positive & driven candidates with a passion to succeed! To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Full Australian Drivers License
- Previous experience working with fresh food/produce/FMCG industry is highly regarded but not required
- Must have previous sales experience
- Someone who is hungry, driven and thrives in a KPI environment!
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- A desire to grow within the industry & in your professional career!
