The Role
You will have involvement in pricing of health insurance products, perform and undertake profit margin analysis, provide advice to product development, provide business insights and communication of technical outcomes and trends to key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide data analysis and business insights that will drive performance outcomes and business improvements
  • Write analytical and insights reports for a range of audiences and design and deliver presentations
  • Provide, or assist in the provision of, pricing and underwriting advice
  • Provide, or assist in the provision of value adding advice to product development, pricing, competitive positioning and benefit review
  • Provide, or assist in the provision of value adding advice to product development, pricing, competitive positioning and benefit review
  • Analyse and advise implications and risks of new products
The Ideal Candidate
You will be proactive, flexible, and delivery focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be able tell a story, add value, and have excellent time management skills. In addition, you will meet the following criteria:
  • Be degree qualified in a relevant area (Actuarial Studies)
  • Have completed at least parts 1 and 2 actuarial exams (desired)
  • Possess superior analytical skills, research, and problem solving abilities
  • Be collaborative in your approach
  • Be customer & service focused
  • Outstanding communication skills
