The Role
- Manage and assess a reduced portfolio of Group TPD & IP claims in the lump sum team
- Execute key projects and reviews
- Mentor and train a team of Claims Assessors
- Act as a reference point for technical or escalated claims
- Sign off on large-sum claim decisions
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
- Initiate claims investigations

About You
- Currently working as a Senior Claims Assessor within Life Insurance
- Strong technical understanding of the Life Insurance market and products
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated
- Able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to teams and individuals
