Our client are a fantastic organization with a great culture and a supportive management team. They are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant with a background in general insurance to join their tight-knit team with an immediate start.
The Role
As a Senior Claims Consultant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a Portfolio of Claims end to end
- Attending to phone queries with regards to claims
- Write settlements
- Qualifying claim eligibility and achieving conclusions
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Risk assessment
- Data entry & processing
- Location: Eastern Suburbs
- Hours: Monday- Friday (35 hour week)
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
In order to be considered for the role, you must have the following:
- You must have at least 4-5 years claims experience in claims and general insurance - ideally exposure to liability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail & organisational skills
- Open to any lines of general insurance
- Liability or motor experience is ideal
- Quality customer service skills
