Our client is seeking a Senior Claims Consultant with Machinery, Plant and Equipment or Heavy Motor Claims experience for a full-time permanent position. The Role
- Managing a portfolio of Road Risks, Underground Services, Heavy Machinery, Plant and Equipment claims, including total loss and Recoveries
- Conduct timely investigations to determine damage
- Providing support and advice to policy holders
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- Assisting the team leader in day to day activities
- 3 years' experience managing Heavy Motor or Machinery Claims minimum
- Experience in managing claims end to end
- Ability to deal with high volume claims
- A sense of urgency due to quick turnover on claims
- Team focussed mentality
- Career progression with great exposure to multiples lines of insurance
- Hybrid working available after probation period (3 days in, 2 days out)
