Responsibilities:

Your duties would include but not limited to:

• Assisting the Compliance Manager with reports, documentation and developing compliance management frameworks.
• Work with the business as a Compliance lead to identify regulatory obligations and impacts arising from upcoming Regulatory changes.
• Manage incidents and ensure they are appropriated handled in a timely manner. 
• Provide assistance, advice and guidance to different stakeholders regarding upcoming regulatory changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and ensure all interactions are of the highest standard. 

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in risk management or compliance role. 
• Excellent knowledge of insurance. 
• Experience in leading/coordinating interdepartmental projects and initiatives
• Relevant qualifications in law, accountancy, business, commerce or equivalent.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative thinker.
