The Role
- Negotiate with third parties once liability has been determined on motor claims
- Providing support and advice to policy holders
- Liaise with stakeholders when necessary
- General administration duties
- Experience working in a customer service role within contact centre is essential
- Experience dealing with motor claims is ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with customers
- Opportunities to expand skills across all lines of insurance, particularly claims.
